Biosan LLC, offers three FDA-accepted peracetic acids for use in federally inspected (FSIS) locations, to help reduce contamination and cross-contamination of edible food products. They can be used as an acidifier in scald tanks and as an antimicrobial agent for fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry and eggs.
